The Space

We offer an event platform ideal for weddings, corporate retreats, yoga sessions, birthdays, and more.

• The event space is not included in your cabin booking but is available to rent separately.

• When not booked, it remains off-limits to ensure privacy for other guests.

• Unauthorized use will result in a $500 fine and cancellation of your reservation.

• The platform is monitored by 24/7 surveillance. Please contact us for event rental inquiries.

Drivability

Although 4-wheel drive is recommended in the Smoky Mountain region, it is not required for our property.

• The road to the cabins is fully paved and maintained.

• We’ve had no issues driving up with 2-wheel drive vehicles, vans, and U-Hauls.

• However, please be aware of hills and hairpin turns typical of mountain driving.

Parking

• Free on-site parking for 8–12 vehicles

Well Water System

• The property runs on a well water system. Please be mindful and conserve water when possible.

Air Conditioning

• The AC system is set to a minimum temperature of 68°F. Setting it lower may cause circuit issues or system malfunctions.

Guest Access

You’ll have private access to:

• Both cabins

• The entire private road

• All outdoor areas (excluding the event space unless separately booked)

Essentials Provided

• Bed linens & bath towels

• Shampoo & body wash

• Toilet paper

• Trash bags

• Dishwasher & laundry pods

You’re just 10–15 minutes away from:

• Grocery Stores: Kroger, Publix, Food City

• Dining Options: Pancake houses, local diners, ice cream shops, and more to complete your Smoky Mountain experience

Additional Notes

• Propane Tanks: Provided for outdoor grills and fireplaces when available. If they run out, tanks can be refilled at Kroger or Walmart nearby.

• Firewood: Not provided for the firepit. Please bring your own.

• Outdoor Lights: Please turn off lights at night when not in use.

• Keep Doors Closed: To prevent insects from entering, always close exterior doors.

• Bathtubs: Only fill indoor tubs ½ to ¾ full to conserve well water.
